Based on the Oscar-winning animated movie, Shrek the Musical brings the hilarious story of everyone's favorite ogre to life on stage. Shrek just wants to be left alone in his beautiful swamp, but exiled fairy tale characters keep showing up on his doorstep. Finally, he agrees to confront the diminutive yet ruthless Lord Farquaad and hopefully regain his privacy. Joined by a wise-cracking donkey, Shrek embarks on a life-changing adventure as an unlikely hero who fights a fearsome dragon and rescues the cursed Princess Fiona. Children’s Musical Theater San Jose presents Peter Pan. Based on J.M. Barrie’s novel, Peter Pan charms the child in all of us and follows Wendy, Michael and John on their adventures in Neverland, embellished with show-stopping songs, “I Won’t Grow Up”, “I’m Flying”, and “Never Never Land”.
CMT's production of Peter Pan features over 100 performers ages 9 through alumni and is directed by Jacob Brent. Mr. Brent brings his years of Broadway experience to the production, bringing out the talents of the cast.
