We were greeted by cheerful Annie (not sure if I spelled her name right). She was very insightful as she mentions about the history of Santa Monica pier, buildings during the walk. It's nice to know facts esp if you are a tourist.
Moving on to the restos. The servings are samplers. So if you have a big appetite, you might have to pre-eat a bit. The interesting stop was Planet Raw. We were able to meet the chef behind this resto and chat with him and figure out how he got into his forte - eating raw foods. It was a nice personal touch.
It was a nice way to see Santa Monica. Dine and shop after esp the last stop is in the mall.

My husband and I really enjoyed the walking food tour this weekend with Annie as our guide. It was great to hear the history of Santa Monica as well as sample different cuisines the city has to offer.
