I rode the bus downtown and back home. No fuss, no parking, no high fees, it was wonderful!

I hopped on the 545 route along 4th/ 5th Aves for Thursday's matinee, and enjoyed happy hour at McCormick's on 4th afterwards while waiting out rush hour.

If you missed it you missed a great one..singers were out of this world excellent, the acting was superb and the 4-5 musicians made it sound like a 30 piece orchestra

Description

_In the Heights is a vibrant song and dance spectacular that has won Broadway’s highest honors by first winning its heart. In the Heights_ tells a universal story set in Manhattan’s Washington Heights – a place where the coffee from the corner bodega is light and sweet, the windows are always open, and the breeze carries the rhythm of three generations of music. It’s a community on the brink of change, full of hopes, dreams and pressures, where the biggest struggles can be deciding which traditions you take with you, and which ones you leave behind.
