This was a wonderful experience for the young set...maybe 4-10 years of age. Even parents, myself, enjoyed it and enjoyed watching the kids enjoy it! Go! all I can say!

It was a great setting and a good concept. My daughter enjoyed dressing up and all the actors were very nice to her at the end of the show.

However, she didn't get to see much of the actual show due to parents blocking her view to get...continued

Loved it! Not just for girls as there were male characters that added gross elements to keep the little boys attention. Definitely worth the money. Make sure you wear athletic shoes as it takes place in the dirt. No hills to climb a leisurely...continued

Quotes & Highlights

A Faery Hunt was the winner of the Nickelodeon’s Parents’ Pick Award for “Best Children’s Theater in Los Angeles,” and has been named “Best of LA” by _LA Parent _and _Los Angeles magazine_.

Who could have taken Queen Aine’s enchanted necklace? Was it Noll the smelly troll? Could it have been his funny companion, Gerome the Gnome? Perhaps it was the Simurg — a mysterious, half-man half-bird who hides himself in the other part of the forest?

With the help of the faery court, the children embark on an exciting quest to help the faeries return the light to its rightful owner. In this way, the children actually become part of the story and take part in the action of this musical adventure.

This critically acclaimed show is one of the longest running family shows in Los Angeles.

The tales carry simple but often forgotten life-messages including kindness, forgiveness, respect for nature, keeping a positive and healing attitude, and love for one another. The shows are appropriate for 2-10 year olds, boys and girls, and the young-at-heart. Most of the children come in costume — but it is not required.

The show runs an hour. The children can talk to the characters and get autographs and pictures after the show. Many people bring a picnic lunch to further enjoy the forest after the show.

A Girl Scout and Brownie badge, The Magical Fairy Adventure Badge, can also be earned by participating in the hunt, and numerous Girl Scout and Brownie troops are earning their badges by discovering this enjoyable and exciting adventure!
