Janis is such a REAL person. Even though she had problems with the sound system, her calm jokes and little stories smoothed things out. Her voice is still vibrant. Her "Jesse" was song almost without any accompanying guitar. Amazing.

Accoustics were absolutely terrible at the North Shore Center....Couldn't hear Janice Ian sing (voice), guitar too loud. She spent the first 15 minutes trying to adjust the sound. I'd be careful about going there again for a solo performance.
