This is the second time I've seen this show in the last year, so my expectations were a little higher than before, but the cast still delivered. The cast is funny, and the skits are comical. Bye Bye Liver is a show premised on the simple joys and complex consequences that indulging in a drink or two or three can bring. Bye Bye Liver also runs in two other locales. In the Windy City it is known as the Chicago Drinking Play and has been selling out performances at The Pub Theatre. In Wisconsin, it is popularly known as the Milwaukee Drinking Play. The 90-minute show premiered in Chicago and was originally created by Nashville producer, writer and director Byron Hatfield.
