The critically acclaimed A Faery Hunt is one of the longest running family shows in Los Angeles. The shows are performed outside and carry simple but often forgotten life-messages including kindness, forgiveness, respect for nature, keeping a positive and healing attitude, and love for one another.

The performances are appropriate for 2-10 year olds, boys and girls, and the young-at-heart.  There is something in the show for the whole family — beautiful faeries for the girls, action scenes for the boys and topical humor for the parents.

The show runs an hour. The children can talk to the characters and get autographs and pictures after the show. Many people bring a picnic lunch to further enjoy the forest after the show.

Most children come in costume. Wings, garlands, wands and wizard hats are available at the site for an additional fee. Birthdays and groups welcomed.

With the help of her faery court, the children embark on an exciting quest to help the faeries return the light to its rightful owner. In this way, the children actually become part of the story and take part in the action of the play.

A Girl Scout and Brownie badge, The Magical Fairy Adventure Badge, can also be earned by participating in the hunt, and numerous Girl Scout and Brownie troops are earning their badges by discovering this enjoyable and exciting adventure!
