Celebrating its 25th anniversary season, Pacific Resident Theatre (PRT) presents the world premiere of The Indians Are Coming to Dinner by Jennifer R. Rowland. Set in San Francisco during the Reagan-era 1980s, the play finds 18-year-old aspiring opera singer Alexandra Blackburn clashing with her father, Harold, who sacrificed his dream of entering foreign service to join the family business. On this, the last night that Harold can recognize his lifelong dream, father and daughter will meet for an evening of opera, politics, family -- and bad curry. Julia Fletcher directs a cast of seven.
