Bugs Bunny and pals burst onto the big screens in-house and on the lawn, accompanied by the National Symphony Orchestra, for a Looney Tunes night under the stars at Wolf Trap. Emmy-winning creator-conductor George Daugherty leads the NSO in this live concert performance of scores from several all-time favorite Warner Brothers cartoons, including Home Tweet Home, Baton Bunny, The Rabbit of Seville
and of course, Chuck Jones' masterpiece What's Opera, Doc?
, the award-winning 1957 satire of Wagner's Ring Cycle. Along with the original Carl Stalling and Milt Franklyn music, there's also some new cartoon surprises, with on-screen appearances by the whole gang -- Elmer Fudd, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, Tweety, Pepe Le Pew, Marvin the Martian -- and even special guests Tom and Jerry.
