Let me begin with what a horrible headache i had redeeming the voucher. I printed out the voucher as directed to after my purchase, but when I went to show it to the people at Gray line, they said they didn't recognize it. since I bought through a third party (goldstar) they said they were not able to pull the confirmation verify my purchase. after almost an hour of waiting so they could try and get it all figured out, they finally let me on the bus because they felt bad for me having to wait. The tour itself was convenient, but or bus had issues with the doors not being able to shut, so we kept having delays to fix it.
