Canciones de mi gente: Latin American Song Festival
Tenor Mauricio Miranda and soprano Elisa Cordova, both from Chile, step into the spotlight for Canciones de mi gente (Songs of My People), a lively concert celebrating the boleros, valzes and sambas of Latin America. They'll join the Pan American Symphony Orchestra, along with Argentinian vocalist Sofia Rei, in a swinging salute to the rhythms, history and melodies of Hispanic musical culture. Miranda is part of the distinguished Domingo-Cafritz Opera Young Artist program, and has performed at the Kennedy Center and on prestigious stages throughout Europe and South America.

The terrace seats in the Lisner Auditorium are horrible! I left early because the are so crowded on leg room. I'm 5'7" tall and my knees were jammed into the seat in front of my. It was worse than a 16 hour coach flight. Ppl were up and down because they were uncomfortable. It was hard to enjoy the show in such misery.
