I saw the Flashpoint Theater production a couple of months ago and actually preferred that version, even though Nancy Robinette is terrific (and she's the reason I decided to see the play). She did a good job, she's very expressive and funny. One problem I had was that the set was far from the audience. I had a front-row seat, and I thought even that was far away. It's an intimate play, and while it's not a big house, the impact is diluted the farther away you are from Winnie.
