A great evening of great jazz. Sonny Rollins comes on stage bent over having a hard time moving his feet. He turns his back to the audience, toward the band, bends over further, puts the mouthpiece of the his sax to his mouth and what comes out...continued

Sonny gave the band ample room for swinging,and they did. Rollins was a bad cat in 1950.
