Friday & Saturday Night Live at Hawg Heaven BBQ & Gastro Pub in Old Town Pasadena features an extraordinary evening of music celebrating the Golden Era of music mixed with a touch of modern classics and vintage rock, pop and blues. Every weekend a variety of California’s best musical artists perform and cover a range of the classics from The Rat Pack to Elvis to Neil Diamond as well as some surprises. Breaded chicken breast with a mustard sauce, served with gratin potatoes and spinach.

GRILLED SALMON:
Fresh Atlantic grilled salmon, topped with an orange citrus sauce, served with chile pasilla, creamy potatoes, and broccolini.

BEEF BRISKET:
Beef Brisket that is dry spice rubbed and smoked up to 12 Hours. Served with mashed potatoes and sweet buttered corn.

TACO VEGAN DELIGHT:
2 Jack Fruit Tacos with cilantro, onions, avocado & cucumber salsa. 2 Butternut Squash Tacos with red cabbage, black beans and slaw. Served with guacamole salsa.
