It was as if all the darkest elements of the universe stood against me." Muriel Mwansa Mwamba is an award-winning singer-songwriter from Zambia, Southern Africa. She has a sophisticated, soulful voice and her music's bright urgency with infectious rhythms reflect the flavourful mix of Kalindula, R&B, Jazz, and Brazilian Sounds. Mwamba has just finished a self produced Album of original songs connecting traditional Afrobeat and everything in between up to contemporary R & B / Pop Songs. Her music expands the rhythmic, harmonic, and lyrical possibilities into international territory.
