How was your experience?
I've been here a few times and so far it's always excellent. I was skeptical this time around because the headliner goes by the nickname "Mudflap." I don't know about you, but I live in SoCal and could not give a damn about Nascar so I was worried that I'd be groaning the whole time. And at, like, $8 a pop for drinks (2 minimum) it would be pretty expensive to get drunk enough to enjoy that. Well it turned out to be a lot better than I expected...excellent, in fact. The warmup guys were great and the headliner was downright hilarious. Not bad for a hokey okie. We got there about 20 minutes after the listed start time. Missed the first 1 or 2 warmup guys I think (we only saw one). Seating was fine though, we got seated in a small booth sorta thing on the side, which was good for cozying up and copping some feels in the dark. Over all _highly_ recommended. If you want some cheap drinks before or after, check out Hamburger Hamlet on Lake & Cordova. Not exactly the hippest place to hang out, but on Friday & Saturday nights girls drink for $1 and guys drinks are half off. Get the party started early on Saturday morning where they have FREE UNLIMITED MIMOSAS at brunch (which I suspect won't last for long. They upped the price of `breakfast meals by about $2 after the first week I was there...and still lost $$ on me, I'm sure :)
