How was your experience?

Clear I hated it I didn't like it It was OK I liked it I loved it!
The event was great and the prices were better. I orginally wrote a poor review to Gold Star due to some seats that I thought were incorrectly provided to me when I picked up the seats, but I was wrong on all accounts. Please see the apology email I wrote to Gold Star Customer service after they took the tim to respond to my comments and investigate the matter. Your opinions do count and Gold Star does listen. It's a big credit to them. For the record, this is written by Carlos Rodriguez and not Gina. The apology email is as follows: Gold Star Customer Service, Thank you for following up on this matter and providing a response to the issue that was raised. This response to your email is significantly past due and necessary. I wrote the original message through my wife Gina’s Goldstar Account. Based on the information you supplied below I was incorrect on my assertions that Goldstar had committed a “Gross Error” and/or a “Switch and Bait” for the USC Night game at Dodger Stadium that we purchased. I was wrong on both the location of the seats and the fact that Goldstar didn’t provide a disclaimer at the time of purchase that the USC hats were limited in quantity to the first 20,000 fans. My wife did not write the response and therefore I hope that this does not reflect poorly on her as a customer of your services. I sincerely apologize for my comments and completely retract all statements I made in the email and posted on the website. I will support and endorse your services as they are provided at a wonderful price and supplied with the utmost level of professionalism and service even in the midst of undeserving criticism.
