How was your experience?
The room, which was located above the actual cheese store, was set-up in a classrom-type fashion, with all attendees facing the front podium. Laid out, in front of each guest, was a selection of 7 Irish cheeses, 1 glass each of white & red wines, water, a basket of bread and an array of nuts and dried fruits. The presentation was led by 3 very knowledgable cheese-lovers, 1 of which, was an actual cheese-farm owner from Ireland. The only draw-back was that the description given to me on goldstar about this class was completely wrong; this was not the interactive class where we got to make cheese. Besides that, it was perfect. It was a well-planned, extremely informative, fun and tastey experience!
