The most informative and inspiring how-to experience I've had in a very long time. Think seafood on the West Coast is limited to petrale sole, dungeness crabs and halibut? Take this class. You have no idea what natural bounty is literally out there, sitting right at your feet: mussels, periwinkles, smelt, herring, sardines, clams, rock crabs, eels, mackerel...the list goes on and on. The best part is, it's not even hard to get. Kirk is a Bay Area treasure and this class is a fantastic deal. It's really almost cheating to get this kind of information at this price.
