How was your experience?
My husband and I were the last ones to arrive but were warmly welcomed by our host Liz. I loved that it was a smaller class and that allowed for better interaction and attention from the Chef. Chef Adam was great at explaining everything, answering our questions and had a good personality. We made dough and were showed how to make ravioli, fettucini and gnocchi. We were able to take time at each station and be hands on with making each of our dishes. At the end, we were all able to enjoy our food. Everything tasted great. We enjoyed this class very much and plan to do another one in the future.
