How was your experience?
We had a fabulous time watching Zoolander at Paul Revere Middle School! Here's the rundown: Pros: - Parking was quick and easy, but it might just have been that we arrived a little early at 6:45ish. - Picked up our "Fashionably Late" passes with no hassle. Just gave my name and got our wristbands - Huge screen, with the bottom edge raised high enough off of the ground that low lawn chairs aren't a problem - Mega huge general seating area. I don't know what capacity was supposed to be, but everyone seemed to have enough room and had a decent view of the screen. - Good location of "Fashionably late" area - Appeared to be good variety of food trucks: Coffee, desserts, sliders, sandwiches, etc. - You can bring your own food! - Movie started within 10 minutes of scheduled time - Sound level for movie was appropriate - Friendly staff - Women's bathrooms ran out of toilet paper early on (before dark) but were later replenished Cons: - "Fashionably Late" area didn't seem to be quite big enough for everyone with a wristband. We arrived at 6:45 and got one of the few spots left big enough for our party of 3. There might have been another section that I didn't see, tho. - Lines for the food trucks were kind of slow. Luckily we brought most of our own food. - Volume for band was on the loud side. We were a little closer to the front so maybe it wasn't that bad towards the back. Something to consider if you bring little ones. - Temperature cooled down pretty quick. Make sure you have a blanket, jacket, etc. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves. Everyone around us was friendly and considerate of other moviegoers. We'll be back for The Princess Bride, and although they allow kids, I don't think I'll bring my toddler. The sound should be okay for an older child that will also be able sit through the entire movie. And when it's time to leave, just be patient. Everyone is leaving at the same time so the lot gets a bit clogged but I think we got out of there within 10 minutes and we were parked in the lot furthest from the lot entrance.
