How was your experience?
Enjoyed the class. I have never made a pie crust before and it wasn't that difficult. Will definitely try making it from now on. Taste a lot better than store bought crust. Liz was there to show us how to hold the knife to cut the fruit and was there to answer any questions we had during the hands on portion of the class. The class had 7 students so it was the perfect size.
