How was your experience?
What if you had the ability to pick the brains of experts in the fields of marketing, advertising, consumer relations, public relations, production a services delivery? That's what a TEDx talk is like, and TEDxBroadway was no exception. Notice how my opening question didn't even mention Broadway. That is because the information crosses industries. The fact that the topic is something I enjoy, every facet of Broadway as a business as well as an entertainment medium, is a bonus for me. I do not work in the industry. I am a social media professional and have attended each of the two TEDxBroadway seminars so far, both times coming away with dozens of pages of hand-written notes and valuable business insights I can use in my day job. Oh, and it's fun, too!
