How was your experience?
An absolutely wonderful event! I have tried meditation, yoga and acupuncture to help with stress, anxiety and insomnia and they have been very helpful but hypnosis is a tool I can practice anywhere on a daily basis to help manage my issues. The lovely presenter showed us the affect hypnosis can have and then taught us the basics in self hypnosis.
