How was your experience?

Clear I hated it I didn't like it It was OK I liked it I loved it!
This was a great nostalgic trip back to my childhood, spending Saturday afternoons at the Wiltern Theater, when it was just a movie venue. I took my granddaughter, who is eight, and a dancer. Russian dance companies are rarely disappointing and this production of the Nutcracker, although more of a condensed version, was great entertainment - and geared more toward a younger audience. I was expecting to see more of a traditional "Nutcracker", so although my granddaughter was thoroughly enchanted, I was only slightly bummed. We did have a great time, however, and I highly recommend it if you have children who love ballet and the Nutcracker story.

$20 for
$20 for "event parking" was a HUGE rip-off. The Wiltern should be ashamed.
Food and drink abundant - it was like a drive-in movie, or dinner theater.
Get there early, long lines.
