How was your experience?
We liked it! We were in the “nose bleed” section, leg room is tight so if you are a bigger person beware, but the view of the stage was wonderful. There was a bit of trouble with the sound in a few of the songs & speaking parts, tough to hear, but it was fine, it did not bother us. THE SPECIAL EFFECTS WERE EXCEPTIONALLY WELL DONE. The music had some good songs, and nice variations with enough spoken word where you felt like it was half play half musical. The play seemed to have trouble with the flow of the play. At times, it seemed disjointed or hard to follow from one story to another. You could get a bit teary eyed by the end of the show, and don’t let the length of it scare you, yes it could have been shorter and I was not looking forward to sitting for that long, it went by fairly fast, especially the second half. The play, “BIG FISH”, has moved on to Broadway. Hope it does well. Probably will, especially if they work out the fluidity problem between scenes.
