How was your experience?
My only regret is that I am typing this review AFTER the show has closed. I had the unique experience of seeing this same show on the night before it opened and thought it was excellend THEN, although there were still a few "preview-night qualities" that only made me determined to see it further in it's run - which ended up being the night before it closed! It was an amazing performance: well written, directed, staged and acted...and with the impressive musical accompaniment on the piano, and even a bit of singing - WOW! ArtsWest, I like you more with every show! Christopher Zinovitch, as director, ALSO continues to impress me with his interpretation, skill and choice of materials. Matthew Gilbert was impeccably cast in the challenging role of Beethoven and the whole cast did a marvelous job. Evidence that Seattle has no shortage of theatrical talent!
