How was your experience?

Clear I hated it I didn't like it It was OK I liked it I loved it!
The seats we picked up from Will Call were on the very top level - extremely steep and one of the 5 of us (my husband) is handicapped (walks with a cane, and it was impossible for him to climb up the steep stairs to the row our seats were in). We told him to sit in a lower empty seat, while we tried to get a usher to help us (the usher on our level was unable to help us, as the game was a sell-out). My husband soon had to leave the seat he was temporarily sitting in, so my daughter-in-law went all over the stadium, trying to find a place where we possibly could sit together. Finally, when it was already the 3rd inning, she was able to get an usher on the Terrace level to help us - they had 4 seats in handicapped section available (1 of us just kept taking turns sitting as we were 1 seat short, but it was doable since the handicapped area is behind all the seats with an empty space to stand in). It was my birthday and I am a big Dodger fan, so this was a special occasion, but all this hassle was very stressful for us all (after making every attempt to enjoy the experience). We will continue to get tickets through you, but probably not for baseball games since we have no way of knowing in advance where the seats are located until picked up from Will Call.
