Rear Loge/Front Mezzanine
How was your experience?
Simple parking. Short walk to the concert hall. One of the opening acts was still playing. Jesse McCartney I believe. Very good show and band. After they finished, maybe a little over 15 minutes intermission. Then came the Backstreet Boys. Their performance was absolutely flawless, inviting, engaging and absolutely entertaining. What a great singing group. Every member was spot on vocally. Each one took time out to thank everyone for their support. They brought out acoustic guitars, bass, a cajon, and keyboards and played some great acapella versions of their songs along with some great acoustically accompanied renditions of their songs. They played many of their hits through the years and most of their new CD which I was hearing for the first time. The new CD which they produced and wrote all the music for came across powerfully. I'm a huge fan of their 'Black and Blue' CD, so of course, selfishly, I would have liked to have heard way more of that. What they did play from that CD was awesome. Anybody tells you that the BSB are any less than superb vocally, musically and as entertainers is wasting your valuable time. If you get the chance, and you like this type of popular music, go see the BSB perform. It will leave you feeling totally positive.
