Hey, all you theatergoers out there. Just saw this very powerful (& funny) production of The Mountaintop at the Gerding Theater at the Armory (downstairs) with Rodney Hicks as MLK and Natalie Paul as Camae. Play by Katori Hall. RUN, don't walk to see this 90 minute (no intermission) play about the final hours of MLK's life as imagined by Hall. Rodney Hicks, who we saw play Curly in Oklahoma at the Armory is absolutely magnificent, moving and funny. Natalie Paul is hilarious, and pretty wild. LIVE THEATER... such a TREAT... Rose Riordan did an excellent job directing, as well. GO, GO, GO!!!
