How was your experience?
The music portion of this event was ok. The singers had good voices. The musicians playing the instruments were exceptional. However, it was pretty loud making it difficult to enjoy the music over the chatter. We got there at 6pm for a 7pm show because seating is first come first served and the seating closest to the stage was already full. We sat in the dinning room behind the stage area with a decent view but realized that while we had paid (in addition to the $100.00 we spent on dinner and 2 cocktails) to see the show folks who were just there for dinner got yo enjoy the show free of charge. We could have just gone there for dinner, probably got a seat closer to the stage and seen the show for free. The service from the restaurant staff was TERRIBLE. First, they couldnt find our goldstar reservation. I pulled out my phone and showed them my confirmation. There werent any seats in the area of the stage even though we had paid for the show so we sat towards the back. Then we waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order and then waited another 18 minutes for someone to come and bring us the check. The food was good and the cocktails were good as well but the service was less than ideal. I will never go there again. My advice would be that you just go for dinner, get the show for free and get there early so you can sit close to the stage. Terribly disappointed. Oh and by the wat gratuity is included so that might be why there is no insentive for better service.
