This fair way exceeded my expectations. 30 acres of nothing but shops, food places and stages full of entertainment! This would be a GREAT place to take kids. There are 20+ stages with entertainment every half hour. There are even some R Rated shows to keep everyone entertained. The food places have a variety of "Rennaissancey" food and American food. Food was pretty expensive, which would be the largest downside. $3.50 for a 12 oz pop, $7 for a can definitely go through $100 really quickly just buying food & drinks. All the food was great, though. The kids games/rides all cost money, but were all super fun and fit with the period. The actors that work here are great. They really commit. There are even girls dressed as fairies that stay in character and hide in the trees. Going to this fair made me feel like I was walking into an alternate dimension. I will definitely be back, this was well worth the Goldstar price of admissions!

The preferred parking is not worth the $ was about a quarter mile walk from the regular parking.
