Bring your own food and beverage as dining choices are extremely limited.
Bringing your own food is definetely a better choice - I was not impressed by options available at food stands.
Arrive early for a couple of reasons: better sitting arraingments; even if you have an assigned table, such is was in my case, there were other people already sitting at my table. they were polite enough to make some space for us, but you get my point...
The weather was great, however as soon as the sun settled, my hoodie was much welcome. In short - sunscreen and a hat while the sun is out and a blanket after the sunset!.
Brought our own food, but looked like the vendors had great fare!
Festival on the Green
Parking is $15 on site. Plentious (remember where you park, as there are no markers!). Tix are well organized will-call by last name. High school students serve as ushers to help you carry coolers, blankets, chairs, umbrellas to the green (but you'll have to carry them back all by yourself). Hit the ladies room before intermission, as there will be more than a 20-minute line. Tables and lawn are more comfortable than bench seating.
No ventilation inside. Had to leave for a while after the bike show.
Tried to take our own snack in, but were not allowed to enter with it.
They get the audience to join them on stage, be a sport! its so fun!!! :)
It got a bit stuffy inside the tent with the bikes going off.
We brought a picnic dinner and purchased a bottle of wine at the track
Bring a flashlight and a candle and a cushion for you seat as those chairs are hard, hard.
