Put down your cell phone during intermission and get to know the people around you. You never know who might be in the audience.
Two places nearby to consider are Jay's Kitchen and Baltimore Crabs and Seafood Restaurant.
Pros: Nice theatre in beautiful area with great parking. Cons: Before every play they make you listen to a list of horrible corporate sponsors that are destroying the Earth and its people. Also the seating is disorganized. The usher told us to sit in the wrong seats and we were made to feel embarrassed when someone told us we were in their seats.
The weather was fine. Show was indoors. I wore casual wear, but was clearly undressed as people were in church attire..
Southwest Arts Center is a very nice venue, don't think there's a bad seat in the theatre, and parking is free.

Dine before you go. Only had simple snacks. No wine and no soda beverages inside the theatre; only water.
