General seating so get there early for parking for you and your car! And be sure to enjoy a drink before the show (alcohol or not, as you prefer)!
The Addams Family
Lots of good ethnic restaurants on Colfax , mainly Mexican, but others in Stapletonb, about a 10 min. drive. Punch bowl social is informal, family friendly, Catavelli and Concourse more upscale for a date night.
Go to theater at least two hours before show starts to get a decent seat, if any seat at all!!!!
Door open at 7pm and the seating is open so it is best to get there a bit early.
There is not a good restaurant in the area, at least to our taste. Snacks and drinks available before the performance and at intermission.
The weather was cold. I wore nice jeans and top. The theater was cold, so bring a light top. .
Thee is a parking lot behind the building, parking in The aurora municipal lot crossed behind that and street parking.
Parking can be tight, if after business hours you can use the city bldg lot to the east or look for street parking.
A Christmas Carol: The Radio Show
eat before you go! They DO Jane a bar.... but the pieces are high. Best bang for your buck is a glass of wine. (Generous pour)
The weather was cool, but sunny. I wore a sweater with jeans..
WE had dinner at La Cueva before the show. If you like Mexican it's a good place to go.
