The staff is there to help you have a wonderful experience. If you use an assistive device, they can provide accommodation for it or store it while you enjoy the performance. What impressed me most was the fact that after I shared with staff the two instances of blatant discrimination on the way to the theater, they understood and were motivated to help me put the negative aside in order to enjoy what they held in their venue. Suggestions about the yummy surprises that are part of the production were ways to redirect a positive focus. Five stars for the staff!
There are restaurants close by. Wine and pastries are available at the theater but the wine is rather pricey.
Several MTA bus lines stop across the street. All the lines run on a very frequent schedule.

Inexpensive parking in the building. Plenty of restaurants. Please dress in theatre attire as the actors deserve a great looking audience, rain or shine!
The weather was cold and damp. I wore a sweater, coat, nice jeans, and boots. .
Allow at least 10 minutes to explore the newly opened venue. It was once Beverly Hills' main post office and it a lot of marble and newly spiffed up architectural features.
