The parking was a breeze. Lot across Wilshire on Hamilton. $10. Easy in, easy out
Messob, cute little Ethiopian place. Food was tasty and plenty of it. Fun experience, you get to eat with your hands.
We were going to TJ's to pick something up, but across the street in a small stripish mall was a Persian Restaurant, Shah Abbas, 400 S San Vicente (upstairs from Hot Thai). The Persian appetizer plate combo was good, $22 served both of us. Good music and service. We liked it there. Then a band started as we left. Also crepes at the Saban looked good. Coffee passed test. Everything else expensive.
Location was easy to find. Parking was available across the street for $12.
Only problem was location. They were doing street work and main street going home was closed. Make sure you have maps to get directions home
Saban Theater offers an exceptional venue with incredible sound. The theater is visually quite appealing.
Parking is readily available and street parking is all around. Prices are not too expensive either.
Enjoyed our meal at The Flats a few yards from Saban Theater entrance. Also found some street parking close by but my husband does have a disability placque.

or, add your own...Lots of construction in the area for the next few months. Take public transit or expect a huge cab fare or park early!
Micky Dolenz of The Monkees & Felix Cavaliere of The Rascals
Parking is a bit of a nightmare. Lots of construction in the area. We found street parking on LaCienega and walked to the theatre. Parking for $10 across the street.
Ambrosia, Pablo Cruise & Peter Beckett
We ate at Tutt' a Post' Trattoria on the recommendation byt he lovely gal in the will call box office. The food was reasonable and outstanding. Friendly owner and great service, too. Their house chianti is delicious and I've not had pasta and clams this good since we were last in Naples. You can easily walk to the restaurant from the Saban.
Balcony seating could be challenging for some, lots of stair climbing.
Heavy street construction directly in front of the venue.
Make sure you come 1.5 hours early if you are sitting on the balcony because it is general admission. That way you will ensure better seat selection.
