Get there early and get in line. The line at the Brea Improv was around the block to the back of the building. The box office girl was on the phone and didn't even acknowledge us when we walked up to the window. We stood there for over five minutes until another girl walked up and helped us. The crowd was odd to say the least. I doubt I'll go back to the Brea Improv. I recommend a Sunday evening show...or any show at the Irvine Improv. Better service, better venue, better crowd....
A large parking structure across the street provides plenty of free parking. Give yourself time to cross the street and check in.
If you arrive after 6PM and are going to the Improv on a Sunday, I suggest parking behind the Yard House in the 3 hour lot. Otherwise, you have to park across a busy street-in the parking structure.
Park across the street in the free parking garage but get there a little early as it fills up.
Valet is only $5 behing the Yard House (right next to the Improv) and is so much easier than trying to find parking! Every time I have been in Brea the parking lot is full and I spend over 20 minutes looking for a parking space when it takes less than 5 minutes to valet.
2 drinks or 2 appetizers minimum. Can buy non alcoholic drinks for min. Prices reasonable. Food is good.
The weather was a slightly warm evening.. I wore an Affliction MMA shirt and jeans..
Get there early. The later show had a line around the building.
The weather was sunny, windy, etc.. I wore a sweater, flip-flops, etc..
parking was free and a few good places to eat within the same block or two, haven't been dissapointed yet...
