On Saturday you can pick up barbecue at Handy Market on Magnolia and picnic in the park at the tables just outside of the theater.
Use the parking lot for the surrounding park. Street parking on Olive is limited to 2 hours.
Kcup coffee for sale $2. Cookies $1.
It's hard to see the theater while you're driving. There's no sign facing the street. You'll see a big recreation center and park and a museum sign. Park on the street.
The weather was very hot!. I wore sun dress with sandals. The audience was made up of mostly senior citizens and we tend to dress up a bit more..
We went up to Gordon Biersch Brewery, 145 San Fernando, Burbank, for dinner. Good menu and tasty food. This place is about 5 minutes from the theater.
As with other comments, the theater is a little difficult to locate. Take Olive to Griffith Park (this is the first street after the park) and turn right, then turn right on Clark. Go about two-thirds of the way and turn right into the parking lot. The theater is straight ahead - the lot faces the rear of the theater. There is one handicapped space right next to the theater and several others just steps away. You will see signs at the entrance to this parking lot advertising the play.
The theater is in a park. If you drive off of Olive St into the housing area at the back side of the park, there is lots of places to parking. If you are wondering what part of the park has the the theater, there is a sign with and arrow in the middle of the block.
In the middle of a park in a small building. Parking is adjacent and free. Nowhere to eat except in downtown Burbank.
Lots of good dining in the area, but not within walking distance. The theatre also had wine available for purchase.
There is free parking in a lot within the park and lots of free parking on Olive.
The theatre is a little hard to find. It is off the street, in the middle of the park. Be sure to read the instructions at the bottom of your confirmation sheet.
The Theater is kind of tricky to find. It's right near the baseball field/park area, but off to the back. If you show up on Olive, you have to walk around to the back, since the front of the building looked deserted and closed!
You can't see the theater from the street. The theater is within the park behind a community center next to the baseball fields.
