The weather was Cool and dry. I wore Could get messy if it rains. Bring appropriate outdoor clothing..
The weather was Cold and windy, perfect!. I wore Nothing you don’t want to get dirty. Literally you walk through the woods and it had been raining. Dress warm..
The weather was cool. I wore jeans, walking shoes and layers in the winter/fall. It can be chilly after dark. NO heels, there are lots of ruts in the grounds..
Parking is free, but you may want to arrive early since you are driving over a mile down a long dirt/gravel road to the parking area in the dark.
The weather was hot. . I wore my business casual work clothes and changed into sneakers! (it's in the woods).
Either dine before you go, or get there really early as most eating establishments in the area close at 9pm. We stumbled upon Nak's Mexican Cantina in the little downtown area of Palmetto b/c it was the only place open after 9pm. Really close to a Waffle House, which was not an option for us. The cantina turned out to a be a great find; good food, karaoke and dancing makde for a great night. The mango margarita was barely drinkable though...try something else. Ended up really enjoying the night!
The weather was cold. I wore a jacket, sweater, scarf, hat.
The Sleepy Hollow Experience
The road to the production is a long into Mystie packed dirt road. In rain it is very muddy. If you have a four-wheel-drive vehicle it would be much easier.
