Chicago Shakespeare Theater will validate parking in the lot which saves you 30% (about $10) which helps a lot if you drive there! Pull into the East entrance and you'll see a lot for Shakespeare.
Parking is accessible and if you VALIDATE your parking ticket at the box office it is almost half price
They validate Navy Pier parking bringing the price down to a slightly more reasonable $14. Park in the West Garage, the first garage you come to.
Since Navy Pier is remodeling, the only place to eat that is near the theater is Hagen Daz. Hopefully, that will change once the remodeling is complete.
If you're taking public transportation to the theater, it is a long walk from where the bus drops you off to the theater itself. Allow extra time for that.
Show your ticket stub at nearby seafood restaurant Riva for 25% off your meal.
The weather was hot outside, but cold inside. I wore bring a sweater, it gets cool in the theatre.
With the purchase of a ticket, they give you 40% off of your garage parking. This brought our $25 fee down to $15!

Navy Pier restuarants close at 10pm so be sure to have dinner prior to the theater
