About Church of Our Saviour
Of the many architectural treasures that crowd Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood, the Church of Our Savior occupies a special space. Behind its signature red doors awaits a large and inspiring sanctuary, its the lofty ceiling dramatically crisscrossed with wooden beams, light pouring in from a double row of clerestory windows. Built in Lincoln Park’s fashionable heyday in the late 1800’s, the Church boasts many stunning features, chief among them a distinguished collection of stained glass, including an original window by Louis Comfort Tiffany.
