We never could find the open gate to the parking garage mentioned on the website but there was plenty of free parking on Halsted, just south of Fullerton.

Park for free at the parking garage across from the old children's memorial hospital. You pull in at a traffic light. Nice neighborhood, nice theater, restaurants are just a couple of doors down.

The Greenouse Theatre Center has a nice selection of local adult beverages, sodas, & snacks available. We opted for a post-show dinner at one of the restaurants suggested on the Greenhouse website: Trattoria Gianni. Nice ambiance, good service, wonderful food, reasonable prices.

The weather was chilly, and we dressed for the weather.. I wore a sweater and casual slacks. I would say "dress casual.".

We took public transit. It didn't get us right there, but close enough. We never drive in Chicago.

I love dining next door at Simply It, but this was not their night. One entree arrived before the appetizers and the last entree arrived an hour later.
