We went for the 2 PM show and ate afterward at the excellent and affordable food court in the Water Tower, lower floor
Use SpotHero or similar app to secure an affordable parking spot. We parked nearby (777 N. Michigan) from 1 - 4 pm for $18, valet parking (plus tip)
The weather was coldish but sunny. I wore blue jeans, polo shirt, winter coat.
Bistronomic at 840 N. Wabash for very good French cuisine is just 2 blocks from the theater. The lamb, scallops and mousse we had was fantastic.
There are a couple of steps that you should be concerned about at the Lookingglass Theater should you need a wheelchair/or walker, or any other reason to be concerned about being mobile. Perhaps there is an elevator, that I don't know about. Inquire before you go.
Dine before or after, so many restaurants to chose from, so little time.
Park at the John Hancock on Chestnut, be sure to get the discount pass at the theater. Only $10!
Parking was $10 at the John Hancock building with validation for the evening production.
Prepaid parking online for Olympia reasonably at $11 and a walk across street!
Used spot hero to find valet parking 2 blocks from the theater for only $14.
The weather was cold. I wore casual (skirt & sweater) -could also wear nice pants.
Production is 90 minutes with no intermission. Audience interaction.
Park at Olympia Parking Garage, attached to Nordstrom, on Chicago Ave, and they will validate your card for $10 parking!!
