Had a wonderful post-show dinner at the Italian place to the south of the Royal George. Even though we came in after the show at about 45 minutes before they closed, the staff was friendly, relaxed and the food was to die for. Two entrees, an appetizer, one drink each set us back about $75.star this tip starred
There are so many good restaurants in the neighborhood. I was surprised at how busy the neighborhood is and Steppenwolf Theatre wasn't even performing. Dawali is so close to the theater and it was featured on the PBS show Check Please. Dawali offers a classic Mediterranean menu. Enjoy falafel, shawerma, shish kabab and more. I would recommend going there.star this tip starred
