Had a great meal at Fahlstrom's Fresh Fish Market -- right across the street from the theater.
We go a few blocks and eat at the food bar at Whole Foods! Everyone gets what they want and there’s free parking.
Driving to city on Friday afternoon is challenging...stay calm If coming from north have great food at Spacca Napoli in west Ravenswood neighborhood. Great pizza selection
Try Will’s North Woods Tavern for drinks and appetizers before or after the show.
There is also an adorable cat cafe next door if you want to get your pet on!
Dined at Fuhlstroms Fish Market across the street - order the smoked trout dip!

We went to Cooper's across the street, the food was mediocre but it's close.
There is street parking in the neighborhood just south of the theater.
No intermission - take your drink in with you. The show is long enough for two drinks...
Big & little's is a couple of blocks east on the other side of the street. Try the Ahi tuna taco.
Get seats in the second or third row on the left (long) side of the seating. If you get first row, you'll be right up against the action (maybe you like that) and have a good shot at being one of the volunteers for an interactive quiz.
Eat at Flattop Grill and at theater have the Apple cider with rum

If you get there early enough, there is free parking across the street, in back of the restaurant.
