The weather was nice, but cool. I wore Wear/take a sweater and a blanket - and take a seat cushion if you have one..
We used the Experian lot and the shuttle was free.
The weather was Cool. No matter what the weather is when you leave home, bring a light jacket to put on during the concert.. I wore Jeans and a t shirt, shoes. Unless you are extremely warm blooded, DO NOT wear shorts or sandals. .
Parking at the OC Fair - the VIP parking tickets were further away than where I parked for $10 (about 1/4 of the VIP price). Even with the hot and humid July days a cool evening breeze blew through the amphitheater and most of us put on light jackets into the performance.
STOP talking and playing with your cell phone during a concert. It's VERY RUDE to the people around trying to enjoy the music they paid to hear!
There's no charge for motorcycles anytime and parking is just outside the Blue Gate. Auto parking on premises is always a gamble. Recommend using the many alternative parking lots available nearby.

Don't take kids. Security does not remove drunk, boorish guests. Even a family-friendly event like the 4th of July Symphonic Springsteen was uncomfortable for families because of the way the drunks were allowed to holler vugarities over the music and smoke.

Get there early. Huge numbers of Will Call tickets are dispensed through far too view Will Call windows. Plan to spend half an hour in line. Plan for another 10-20 minutes in line for metal detectors and bag searches. If you choose to go to the picnic area, be advised that it is outside the venue, and you will have to go through metal detectors and bag searches AGAIN. Allow plenty of time - when I attended, patrons were stranded in line for up to 20 minutes after the start of the concert.
Park at Fairview Community Church, corner of Fair and Fairview, enter off of Fair, $10, easy in and out and you won't get stuck in exit lines going one way. Short walk to fair entrance or concert venue
If you are going to the OC Fair, park at Fairview Community Church, corner of Fair and Fairview with parking lot entrance off of Fair. $10, easy in and easy out, no exit lines and you can go any way you need to go. It's just a short walk to the Fair or Concert Venue entrance!
Took Lyft / Uber and got dropped off on Arlington near the Green Gate entrance. It was super easy that way.
The weather was Sunny, slightly windy . I wore Sandals, caprice and a sleeveless blouse.

Free parking directly across from the fair at OCC. There is two lots and one of them you have to pay and it is only for four hours. The other one is located across from the fair and it is not only convenient but also free with no time limitations. I did not know that there was two so make sure you are entering the right one.
The weather was Really chilly when the sun went down. I wore Shorts & T-shirt (Not enough).
Check out the oc fair website for other ways to save money on tickets, rides and entrance.
Take the Bristol exit off of the 405 frwy. and park at the "Experian" building. Parking is free and shuttles are just waiting for your arrival to take you to the fair. Shuttles were also lined up at the fair to bring you back. No hassle and this is a free service. Save the bucks for all of the good merchandise and food at the fair.
The weather was warm during the day, but a light jacket, sweater was perfect for the night breeze.. I wore jeans, t-shirt and took a light jacket..
The OC Fairgrounds venue was very sorely lacking. Get there at LEAST an hour 15 mins. ahead of time if you want to finally get in early enough see the whole show. The whole evening was badly tainted because of the horribly disorganized or understaffed parking, ticketing & security at the venue. Huge masses were funneled to only 2 very slow lines at security. 56 mins. in line is too long. Fights were breaking out in the "line" as everyone was late and everyone was pushing & shoving to get in. Scary. Unfortunate.
If you can, buy the VIP parking (it's $30). Otherwise arrive early and plan to walk.
The weather was cool and windy. I wore a flannel, a jacket, leggings, and sandals. I need to remember to bring a blanket next time..
