All the seats are good as the theater is small and cozy. We easily got front row seats.

The weather was just fine for an evening. I wore Jeans, sweater and a Christmas scarf. There was a cool breeze under the vent so plan to dress warm. .

Lots of options for food and drink close to the theater. People brought in drinks from the wine bar next door.

There is ussually a lot of street parking in the neighborhood, but we went on Friday night and Cruising Grand caused the street to be blocked off. There's still parking within a block and a half but be aware that you can't drive on Grand to get there on Fridays.

The Patio theater is tucked behind and between a couple streetside vendors/eating spots. Easy to miss the first time.

The venue at The Patio Playhouse is casual but for myself being from the big city, I believe that when going to the theater to see professional artists, a more dressed up and neat attire rather than shorts/jeans is more respectful.

This is a tiny theater with general admission. All the seats have a good view, but arrive early to get the best positions.

Loads of places to eat in downtown Escondido. There are soft drinks and snacks at the theater, and you can get wine and beer at the deli right outside.

If you go on a Cruisin' Grand Friday night, there's still plenty of local street parking if you don't mind walking a few blocks.

Beware the air-conditioning in the middle rows - wear a jacket with a high neck, or bring a scarf!
