Go early, park at the theater than take the elevator across the train tracks and eat at the Spaghetti Station. Easy walk, good food, and fast service. Or eat at the Black Bear Diner on Harbor in Fullerton. Check the online menu, some nights they have a great prime rib at a great price. About ten minutes from the theater.
We had some wonderful dessert crepes at nearby Crepes Bonaparte (open til midnight). It's a great stop after the show.
The weather was Cool enough for a sweater at the end of the show. I wore Nice pants, a nice shirt and a cashmere sweater.
Loads of dining options within a 1 mile radius. Also, the theater has a pleasant art deco atmosphere and sells beer, wine, soft drinks and snacks so it's enjoyable to hang out a little early before the show.
Arrive early, park at the theater, and either walk over the bridge (over Harbor Blvd.) to Hero's restaurant or cross the train track (elevator) and eat at the Spaghetti Factory.
Sorry the picture is rotated, the guitar player is incredible! Look how close we were - front row.
We always park at the theater and then cross the train track to either the Spagetti Station or cross the bridge over Harbor Blvd to Heros. Heros has large portions and we get a box to take home for lunch the next day. They have a full bar.
