lot parking is limited and street parking fills up quickly, so leave time to look for parking if the event is likely sold out
The weather was pleasant but it can get chilly..
There is a park next door and you can enjoy a picnic before the event. You can take food in with you, but can't eat in the theater and the intermission is too short to snack.

The Globe , south on Main St. has exceptional salad and pizza.
Bring a pad to sit on. It's stadium seating and the seats are hard.

One can picnic before the show in the patio and/or bring dessert for intermission.
Go early, park easily, and walk a block to have dinner at one of several small restaurants.
